Refund policy

All products sold by Cupra AI Academy are digital downloads (ebooks, guides, templates, prompt packs, planners and business kits). Nothing physical is shipped, so there is nothing to return. Instead, we offer a straightforward refund window.

7-day refund guarantee

If a product is not what you expected, email support@cupraaiacademy.site within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason, although telling us what missed helps us improve the next version.

We ask only that you have not purchased the same product before and refunded it, and that the request comes from the email address used at checkout.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@cupraaiacademy.site with the subject line "Refund request".
  2. Include your order number (it starts with #) and the name of the product.
  3. We reply within 1 business day and issue the refund immediately on approval.

When the refund arrives

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. We do not offer store credit in place of a refund unless you specifically ask for it.

Refunds after 7 days

Requests made more than 7 days after purchase are reviewed case by case. We will always refund if a file was corrupted, could not be downloaded, or materially differed from its product description, regardless of when you tell us.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate order in full.

Before you dispute a charge

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. A refund from us is faster than a dispute, and we resolve every request within 1 business day. Chargebacks filed on orders that were successfully delivered and never raised with our support team may result in access to future purchases being restricted.
